The St. George Art Academy is currently showing “Our Lost Art: The Process of Printmaking.”
This show is designed to give viewers a brief education on processes such as relief printmaking (lino-cut, woodcut), lithography, letterpress, silkscreen, and more. Photographs and explanations demonstrating the process accompany a selection of plates and prints by local artists. There is even a community lino-block to try carving. The St. George Art Academy is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10-2, other hours by appointment.
